➺No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on the property, not even on the patio.

➺ No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays get-togethers, hangouts, and the like, and do not disrespect neighbors.

➺Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors.

➺You will be present during the entire reservation. Reservations cannot be made on behalf of any other party unless expressly approved by us in writing. All communication regarding your reservation will only be made to the contact information associated with the profile that confirmed the reservation.

➺Unapproved third-party reservations are subject to cancellation without refund.

➺No mail services are available. We suggest guests set up a temporary mailbox at the nearby UPS Store or USPS. All packages and mail will be refused.

➺FEES: Smoking of any kind will result in a $250 Charge

➺FEES: Unapproved Late Check-Out fees: Every 30 min after 11 am is an additional $50.

➺FEES: An Additional $50 Handling Charge will be added on top of shipping costs for any items left behind that you request to pick up or be sent. Fees will be paid for in full by you before any arrangements can be made. Items may be donated or disposed of at our discretion 5 days after your scheduled departure.
